The following names, titles, and identifiers are claimed as trademarks and/or protected creative property of RedPlanet:

Use of any of the above marks in commerce, media, or derivative works without written permission from RedPlanet is prohibited.

3. Creative World-Building Assets

The RedPlanet fictional universe — including its city design, district names, faction structures, character concepts, lore, and narrative copy — constitutes original creative work protected by copyright. This includes all content produced by or for the RedPlanet platform in connection with the RedPlanet setting. Unauthorised reproduction, adaptation, or distribution of these assets is an infringement of RedPlanet's copyright.

4. Third-Party Content

RedPlanet incorporates real-world space industry news sourced from publicly available RSS feeds and third-party news APIs. This content remains the intellectual property of its respective publishers and is presented under fair use principles for informational and commentary purposes. RedPlanet does not claim ownership of third-party news content. All third-party trademarks referenced on this platform (including NASA, SpaceX, ESA, and others) are the property of their respective owners.

5. Permitted Uses

You may share links to the RedPlanet platform and reference the RedPlanet name in editorial or journalistic contexts, provided such references are accurate and not misleading. Fan art and non-commercial creative works inspired by the RedPlanet universe are welcomed, provided they are clearly labelled as fan-created and do not misrepresent official RedPlanet content.
